Healthy diet for students is essential. Students should take proper proteins, carbohydrates and vitamins. For this student should take fresh vegetables and fruits which provides them vitamin and other useful things which helps them in keeping them fit both physically and mentally. Ignorance of junk food is also very important as it contains extra fats which make you unhealthy. Variety of fruits should be taken 2 – 3 times a day which helps you in keeping balance in your body.
