We all want to look and feel fit and charming mentally as well as physically. Now a day due to busy life style the density of eating junk and unhealthy food has increased considerable among young generation. Eating junk food is not a sin however there has to a limit to it. Healthy eating is not a temporary diet; it should be the mantra of health for life. Nature’s basket has all the necessary components that humans need in order to be healthy physically and mentally. For example fresh fruits and vegetables are good for your heart whereas consuming adequate fiber in your diet eliminates the risk of gastro and Intestinal cancer. Healthy eating can also be termed as consuming a balanced diet. The important components of balanced diet are carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals. The balanced density of all these components in your daily life can lead to healthy living. As always said health is wealth, it is extremely important to start taking care of yourself at the early age however it is never too late to start.</p>

Looking good is very important.  Whatever you eat reflects on your body and skin. Slim people can fit into attractive clothes; they look active, energetic and charming. It’s totally up to you. You have to decide how you want to look after 5 years down the line. And because of these reasons healthy eating is most important for a person.</p>

The catch here is that you don’t force yourself you get do it out of your will and wish. We as humans always like to do things that we want to do and not that we are suppose to do, hence try to practice saying I am going to eat healthy because I want to look good… or I don’t want to eat junk food because want to stay slim and look gorgeous forever.</p>

Try to have lean boiled meat add pepper or chili flakes to taste. Avoid fried food replace it with roasted or boiled food. Be choosy about what you eat and make sure healthy eating does not mean dieting it means eating sufficient amount of healthy food that satisfies your hunger.</p>
