There is a very old saying which states “You are what you eat” – this is true. Nowadays there is a big problem with obesity. The main reason for this is the junk food. Everyone eats it because it is delicious but how many of you know how harmful it is? We’d better stop buying hamburgers, coca-cola and other stuff like that because this is probably the unhealthiest food on the world.
Ingesting healthy eating food is extremely important for our growth. Such foods prevent illness because they contain many vitamins. If you value your own health then you’d better start buying only healthy eating food. It is pretty important and it always will be. Let’s take the small children for example – they are growing quite rapidly and the main reason for this is the food we are feeding them with. The difference between junk and healthy food is in the nutrients. The first type of food as hamburgers and other stuff like this do not contain vitamins or anything like that. Nutrients provide us not only with energy for the day, but with vitamins that build our bones, organ tissues, muscles and so on. Eating junk food may cause serious problems such as obesity.
Nowadays we use energy for everything – walk, work, think and numerous other actions. The best way to gain enough energy is called healthy eating food. If you look around you will notice that everywhere is being sold junk food – even in some restaurants. If you are sick often the main reason for this might be your feeding habits.
Healthy eating food prevents illness! When we do not get enough nutrients, the defense of the body weakens and allows the viruses to attack. Without healthy foods your will feel tired all day long.
It is high time for us to change the way we live. If we stop to eat junk food the problem with obesity will decrease. It is not just what you eat but how you eat. It is important to eat approximately from three to four times a day in that way your body will be provided with vitamins and energy constantly. And last but not least we should mention that the breakfast is the most important meal for the day – eat as much healthy eating food for breakfast as possible because this will ensure you the needed energy for the rest of the day and will give a good start of your day. If you are eating junk food you’d better stop in case you do not want to be sick often and get fat. People have to understand that their health is the most important thing!
